    Your Me and I’m You

    Dog Days #11

Princess Millihi and Sink go to Yukikaze’s house the day after the Union Festival. While Millihi is there she finds a strange object that looks like an egg. When she hands it to Sink the egg cracks and blue fog fills the room.  The blue fog disappears and a small white creature, which looks like one of the local gods appears. But that isn’t all, Millihi, Sink and Yuki have switched bodies.

So now Sink is Yuki, Yuki is Millihi, Millihi is the mysterious creature and the mysterious creature is Sink. I know it is a bit confusing, right? So now Sink has to go find himself to change them back. But he could be anywhere or maybe just up a nearby tree. In the end they were able to switch back into their own bodies.

    And The Problems Continue

    Kokoro Connect #11

The random body switching and unleashed desires have finally ceased but their problems haven’t stopped. The culture club members are aging backwards, well not  literally. When they turn younger they are reminded of their past. The memories that have been tucked inside and forgotten have been brought back to the surface. Being reminded of their past is going to draw some unwanted attention and some serious tension. They also have to deal with the problem of transforming without being seen. It’s close to vacation time and looks like a lot of plans are going to have to be canceled. I don’t think anyone  is going to miss a 16-year-old turn into a 4-year-old in public. But there are two positives to this situation: (#1) Getting to know more about each others past will draw them closer and (#2) They are extremely adorable!

    Don’t Mess With Sket Dance

    SKET Dance #75

Katou Kiri’s past has come back to haunt him. Katou’s teacher from the past comes to Kaimei Academy. But this teacher has a bullying problem and he  goes around harassing the students. Katou  has a strong hatred for him because of an incident that happened years ago. But this “big bad” teacher digs his own grave when harasses one of the Sket-dan members, Himeko.

This pushes the trained ninja Katou over  his limit and he plans his revenge. The next day there is a live cam website written on the school building and when Sket-dan check it out they find the teacher hanging from a tree.

Bossun and Tsubaki go to stop Katou before he ends up killing him.

They manage to get Katou to untie him but matters just get worse. The teacher threatens to keep harassing them and make their lives miserable, especially Himeko’s. Before he could say anymore  Bossun gives him something he won’t forget.

If that teacher knows what is good for him then he won’t come back.

    Rivals Are Born

Kokoro connect #10 : Rivals Are Born

Inaba has been excluding herself from the group lately and no one knows why. Apparently, she has been running away from the truth and the truth is killing her. Not literally killing but it’s causing her to break. She has been hiding her feelings for Taichi too long and now they are out. Iroi chases down Inaba to get the truth and ends up telling her off in the process. Iroi’s big question is why Inaba would support her in having a relationship with Taichi if she likes him too.  Iroi understands that Inaba doesn’t want to ruin their friendship but she doesn’t want Inaba regretting it later. I understand that Iroi wants to support Inaba too but she might be the one regretting it later. Iroi and Inaba are best friends and each others biggest supporters but they are also now each others biggest rivals.

    I’ve Been Interrogated Again!

I been interrogated again and I am ready for the challenge. But I really have to say that the questions keep getting better and better. I was interrogated this time by SnippetTee and you can view SnippetTee’s interrogation game as well. I am truly honored because Lemmas and Submodalities is what  inspired me to start blogging. I came across it one day while web browsing and it caught my interest . I ended up liking it so much that I started visiting it every week. Then one day I decided that I wanted to start my own blog too and I have enjoyed blogging ever since.

    Now let the interrogation begin!

What I was Asked & My Answers:

    1. How did you come up with your online name?

A lot of people that I know say I have a natural “big sister” instinct. I am always there when someone needs me and I always know the right thing to say. So everyone who knows me calls me “sister”. But just the word sister as an online name makes me sound like a nun so I put girl at end of it to make sound cuter.

    2. If you only have one chance to recommend an anime what would it be and how would you convince your friend who’s new to anime to watch it.

Kaichou wa Maid-sama  because my best friend has a maid outfit fetish.

    3. Name an anime in your backlog list that you would like to marathon now.

La Corda d’Oro~ Primo Passo. Kahoko pours her heart into playing the violin even though she had never played it in her entire life. When I watching it I can’t help but think about myself and how dedicated I was to learning how to play the piano. I also love an anime about a girl being surrounded by boys because there is bound to be drama, romance and lots of confusion.

    4. List some of your favourite quotes from anime?

    •  “I used to always cry and give up… I made many wrong turns… But you… You helped me find the right path… I always chased after you… I wanted to catch up to you… I wanted to walk beside you all the time… I just wanted to be with you… You changed me! Your smile is what saved me! That is why I’m not afraid to die protecting you! Because… I love you…” – Hinata Hyuga (Naruto Shippuden)
    • “Oh, then let’s go buy bras for you… They’ve grown again, haven’t they?… Yesterday I saw you struggling to get dressed…Sakurako onee-chan told me to check every night.” – – Kaede Furutani (Yuru Yuri)
    • “Hotaru…I always want to laugh with Hotaru…cry with Hotaru, get angry with Hotaru… and while we’re doing that we’ll become adults together.”- Mikan (Gakuen Alice)

    5. What is the weirdest coincidence that you experienced lately?

I went to my friend’s costume party last week and their was this girl there with the exact same name as me. What made things even weirder was the fact that we were wearing the same outfit. She was like my long lost twin. It was so awkward but we ended becoming friends.

    You’ve Not Been Tagged:

I’m not going to tag anyone this time but you can go check out The Blogger Interrogation Game post from last week to see who I tagged last time.

    The Blogger Interrogation Game

I love games so when I was tagged I got really excited. I was tagged by Paper Chimes and you can view her own Interrogation game. This is quite different from your average board and card games but it helps bloggers get to know a little more about each other.

    • Each person is supposed to follow the rule of fives. You are allowed to ask 5 questions, after which you can tag up to 5 bloggers by hyper-linking to their blog; 5 questions because it’s not too many to flood another blogger and occupy too much of his/her time, but yet a large enough number to ask your most important questions, and 5 bloggers to avoid spamming. Hence, prioritize your questions, and who you wish to ask!
    • Those tagged are obliged to answer the questions in a blog post, and after which, they are entitled to create their own 5 questions and tag 5 other bloggers, so on and so fourth. You should answer your own 5 questions as well. You are allowed to tag the person that tagged you in the first place. Also, copy and paste this section on your blog so others can understand how the game goes.
    • In the case where a blogger strongly refuses to answer a question, he/she must instead post a nice anime image, wallpaper or cosplay picture, et cetera in response to that question.
    • To make things interesting, a blogger can include wildcards in his/her 5 questions by placing an asterisk, (*), after which those tagged are obliged to reveal something interesting about themselves that others did not previously know. There is no limit to the number of asterisks one can place (which means there can be up to 5 wildcard questions).
    • Anyone can feel free to start the game; you don’t necessarily need someone to tag you. Just create your 5 questions and tag your 5 people of choice. However, the catch is that you must answer your own 5 questions as well.
    • To potentially prevent an endless game, this round of games will end on the 8th September 2012, 12pm JST (GMT +9). After which, no more bloggers can tag others to answer their questions.

    What I Was Asked:

    1. If you were on a deserted island with an anime/manga character, who would it be?

Out of the anime/manga characters in the world I chose Suzumiya Haruhi. I have somewhat of survival instincts so I am sure I will be fine when it comes down to where to sleep and what to eat.  But having those skills wouldn’t help me if I didn’t have someone to motivate me to stay alive and that is where Haruhi comes in. Everything would probably be one big game to her which will make things interesting while keeping my mind off the fact that this may be the last place I’ll ever see.  I don’t want to be depressed the whole time I am there and if I do die I’m sure I will die with a smile on my face… or look extremely aggravated.

    2. Do you consider any anime/manga characters to be role models? Who and why?

I would call him a role model but someone I would look up to as a “big brother” would be Shun from You and Me. I don’t really know why but Shun is what I imagine a big brother would be like. (note: I don’t have an older brother) He is sweet and thoughtful in everything that he does. I am sure I will be taken care  because I’m lazy and careless. Also, he looks so cute in girl’s clothing and I would probably use him for my own entertainment. I’m not the nicest person in the world so I believe he would keep me out of trouble.

    3. What is your favorite genre of anime, and why?

Comedy. To simply put it, If I am not laughing I am not happy.

    4. Do you prefer real DVDs or digital/streaming?

I don’t really have a preference but I have more DVDs than anything. I will pop a DVD in quick if I am bored. But the only thing about DVDs is that if it gets scratched it is ruined. But streaming isn’t all that great either when the internet is down or it takes a long time loading. You can watch DVDs in the car if you have a DVD player which something I do when I go on long trips. DVDs are just more convenient.

    5. What anime have you seen that’s most outside of your usual tastes? Did you like it?

Moyashimon is not something I would normally watch but I watched it after hearing about several times. To be honest it didn’t really catch my interest. I mean it’s about a boy who can talk to bacteria, what else is there? I’m not saying I didn’t somewhat enjoy it but it’s not something I would watch again.

    My Questions:

    1. If you could revive any anime character back to life who would it be?

    2. If you could change anything about yourself what would it be? Why?

    3. What is your idea of a normal person? Do you consider yourself normal?

    4. Name three things you want to do before you die?

    5. What anime/manga did you look at recently? Did you like it?

    Answers to My Questions:

    1. I have always felt terrible when people die in a manga or anime. So if I could bring at least one person back out of any anime character it would be Menma from Anohana. I do not feel that Menma  had a fair death. She died at such a young age and she had so much to live for. Your childhood is the most important part of your life.

    2. I am really good at holding grudge. The longest I held a grudge was probably a month. many people think that is not long but to me it is. I hold grudge because I have a problem accepting apologizes. Anyone can say they are sorry but it is hard to tell if they mean it especially if they do  the same thing again. So holding grudges isn’t my only problem I guess trusting people is too.

    3. A normal person to me is a perfect person. A normal person can do everything perfectly and never does anything wrong. They go through the same boring routine everyday and nothing changes. There is nothing out the ordinary. I don’t see myself as a normal person. I am probably the weirdest person you would ever meet but that just shows I’m not afraid to express yourself.

    4. 1) Go to California – no particular reason

    2) A life’s worth of cupcakes – I love cupcakes!

    3) Become a billion dollar entrepreneur – I want to have my own successful business

    5. I read Love So Life yesterday. It is about young girl who becomes a babysitter to these adorable twins. She is a orphan so became a babysitter as a part-time job. I have to say the only reason I read it is because I want to know what the twins are up to next. The twins are always getting into trouble and that drives their uncle, their guardian/famous reporter crazy. I enjoyed it because I thought it was hilarious and cute.
